This was such a beautiful experience, all at the price tag of FREE! The sound of the river swooshing by, the fresh air, the greenery, the birds tweeting, woodpeckers pecking. This was a wonderful opportunity to sweat, stretch our legs and take a break from the indoors city life. I loved every minute of it and the children too. The trails are easy to follow, though at the time we went, there were parts that were closed off due to nesting.

Visited on a weekday, there were 15-20 cars in the lot. Room for at least double that. Very nice park, easy to medium trails
Depending on the stroller, you shouldn't have too much difficulty. If you are taking a trail, you should assess it before taking the stroller on.
Lots of parking. There's a lot across the bridge.
These trails are open year-round the parking lot is open year-round except for when you go down towards the tunnel the road closes down that way due to icy roads next to the river could make your car go into the river basically. Open at at Sunrise and closes at sunset Sharp.
