Is there a show everyday? Tried looking online and they only have tickets available for Monday and Tuesday. So I’m not sure if they do weekends or is there a certain day that they do the show?

Yes there are three shows daily 2pm 5pm and 8pm. Best bet is to call them that's what I did. Best dinner show ever tho! Do not miss it!

The show is so good, it fills up fast, and I would call them.
