It says grown locally, but I'm not sure.
A percentage of their ingredients come from the farm that is within the Greenfield Village. However, they can't keep up with the demand and need to bring in ingredients from the outside. I doubt that they use their own animals for meat. I don't think they have enough for that, but I wouldn't be surprised if a limited amount were used.
