Go there in the morning. Talk to different manager. Also post it on Facebook with pictures

Plus little caesars working doesn't wear earrings or bring em in ijs

Call corporate headquarters

Take the pizza back and show the manager wat was found in the food then if you aren't satisfied with the manager Google their corporate headquarters and make a complaint

Certainly I would have brought that pizza back without even being asked. I can see why the manager would tell you to bring it back because anyone can say they foind something in their food.
