Picked up pizza today they closed earlier than usual but I was able to gety pizzas. Never had a problem with this location before so I assumed that everything was fine. It wasn't. I paid for 2 custom pizzas a cheese and a 3 meat. They gave me 2 stale hot and ready pepperoni a mis-shapen, burned custom and 3 meat. I am truly disgusted and will be writing to corporate.

They told me it was sitting for 2hrs before I got there 30mins after I received my email saying it was ready. And after giving me the run around for another 1 hr or so, they remade my food. They never apologized for the horrible experience. I was a general manager. Customers can be off the wall sometimes. But when the customer catches you in a lie, somewhere along the line you should own up to it and fix.

They never do when very busy or on peak hours. It is free, that's standard practice for all LC's. Make a report to HQ for results and possible coupon for your trouble.
