I recommend Focus: HOPE - ITC on Oakman Blvd. They offer prepaid (aka Free) classes but specifically go there to learn Customer Service because that'll help you do better than most that has worked at local restaurants. However, you'd become over qualified and receive offers to work everywhere else. 😁 ~ From experience.
