This location is a huge joke. They don't answer the phones for carry out.. All around their service SUCKS! But, The west 11th location is dope. Very pleasant and polite staff. They answer the phones for carry out and have great attitudes.

The service at the River Road restaurant is quite good. Sometimes it gets crowded, though.

We have had exceptional service & for at both River Road (Great Manager) & 11th Ave. Locations for years. Springfield-Gateway Mall area, not so much. One or even two incidents can be a bad day. [Comments, especially bad ones, should specify locations. ]

I had the complete opposite experience...West 11th has service and River road Shari's is awesome... Every ship in the harbour carry anchor..but it's the one in our hearts we have to conquer...
