The hose separated from the nozzle and gas sprayed the car and spilled on the ground. The gas station attendants offered no compensation to have the car cleaned and we were charged for the gas spilled that was due to the gas stations equipment failure.

I buy gas at this station all the time. Have been for years. Good prices and pretty nice employees, usually. Today I needed to use the bathroom BAD. I stopped in for that reason only. Door was locked so I went and asked the attendant. They asked me if I was a customer, and I said yes. Then they asked me if I was getting gas right now and I said no. His response was “The restroom is for paying customers only.” I thought they were joking at first. I was being super nice. I explained that I was about to explode, I was a bit embarrassed by this point. But they wouldn’t do it and when I asked him to reconsider, he got super rude about it. I circled back a moment later once the fake boss wasn’t around and spoke to a different attendant to explain that I buy gas there all the time and I just can’t see why they won’t make an exception. He recognized me from from coming in on his shift but said “He’s the boss right now and I can’t overrule him.” So I clarified. The manager was gone, but he was the acting manager when the other one isn’t there. I’ll never buy gas there again. If someone can’t make an exception for a customer just because that customer doesn’t happen to be purchasing in that moment, they lose business forever. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Who knows. But I’ll never buy there again.

The Gas Attendants are always very nice. They come pump the gas pretty quickly. I’ve made it my gas station to go too.
