Took the Bolt for the first time, the Saturday morning to Portland bus. Our driver was courteous and fun! We appreciated his cheesy jokes and talkative nature. We bought him a coffee. The passengers were all happy and well behaved. Bus was clean and well air conditioned. Outlets at the seats were great, and free semi-working wifi was enjoyed too. A great way to get to Portland without driving!! (Note - I'll be leaving a different review for my trip back to Eugene, check it out. It's not as favorable, sorry to say.)

I have commuted via bolt for two years and have waited for their buses for up to 45 minutes, including one stint of spending three hours on the side of the highway due to a flat. But today, the Eugene city buses were running behind and so I arrived at the stop at 6:00 and 30 seconds. The bus left without me, despite me running and waving my arms behind it, and denied my refund. Now I'm out $45 (ticket plus gas for my husband to drive down to get me) and four hours of my and my husband's time. Great customer service, jerks.

I didn't have to show them my ticket. They looked up my name on an electric device. I really enjoyed my trip. My trip went smoothly.

Very comfortable bus, inexpensive and a great way to get up to Portland. Mobile boarding passes and a user friendly app.

Amtrak does
It really just depends on when you're coming back there is some all-day parking with can be gotten behind the buildings on the north side of the street across the street which can ultimately turn into overnight parking if you don't make the bus on time they are very strict in Eugene but you run that risk and then there also is some parking garages to the South End east west about two blocks he can't miss them you can park as long as you wanted to pay it when you go I wish I haven't given away that secret now haha
