I was told that because I could not find my receipt. that i could ONLY exchange the makeup, for the same thing! The policy says I could be offered a gift card..true? No one answers the phone and I don't want the same thing to happen, need the mgr!

This is the absolute worst location, went in for 4 items, as usual the shelfs are bare like they are going out of business, found 1 thing on my list when I got to register it rang up twice as much, walked out empty handed
