Why? is it that when I call this site to ask about a space they tell me RV can be no older than 10 years and yet in their photos they have RVs and trailers their older than 2009.

Different rules for different people!

The monrhly spots have that rule but if u want to stay nightly it can be older but is 60 somthing after tax a night however some of there monethly spots are full with older traliers thinking it has so.ething to do wirh the old owners and new owners

Not sure. I believe the age rule only applies to RVs and not mobile homes. I do know the Park has recently changed ownership.
