Peaceful, professional, secure, clean, activeky improving property, nice folks around.. Never bothered or intruded upon. Good value.propane and lsubdry onsite. Competitive prices fir those things. located near everything you could want...from good weeds stores (yay green buds!) to USPS...fair grounds, casinos. hospitals, etc. I happy here. Not scenic as id like but does the job at a great rate! Highly recommend.

I'd like to preface this with my in-laws stayed here for several months, but I visited several times each week. They repaved the roads last week and they are really nice. The speed bumps are a big aggressive if you have a low profile car/rv. They have a small dog park, pool (seems to be seasonal), laundry. The rv lots are gravel, have hookups, can be a bit tight (especially in a large truck), but overall everyone seems friendly.

Lousey place to live the water is gross the park is all torn up they charged us for the days we had to because I was in the hospital. always putting notices complaining about something also they started charing 20 dollars a month per pet to live in their own homesHi Laura, I'm sorry to hear of your frustrations in our community at Majestic Mobile Manor and RV Park. Waters included you have to pay for your own Electric it's about 100 and lower

They say they have tent sites but never seen anyone camp in a tent

Sorry no! There are so many trailers, that all the prices went up, and really difficult if it's older then a 2000 its hard to find a place!

There are definitely spots to pitch a tent, they are located by a small stream. Small dogs are always welcome. I'm editing my review since majestic now has new owners. They now allow large dogs. It is a mobile home park as well as rv park. Most of the people staying in the rv park are long term as apposed to short stay. Short stay are very welcome. I worked at the rv side for a couple of years until the new owners took over. Since then I've moved from the rv side into a mobile home. The new owners are trying to update the rv park so FYI there's some renovations of some sort being done. The bathrooms where done awhile ago. There are laundry facilities but honestly I always took my laundry down the road because the machines at the park are so small. Hope the edit helps someone.
I'm not sure my grandmother can tell you the facts give them a call they are a great place and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter what year your rv is
600 for the t.v. part and 500 for the mobile home part,includes water sewer and garbage.next to us at to reside I believe it's 450 but no rv part.
