My MIL who has cancer was using this spot for a while and a big reason was the guarantee they had on their vapes and such. She goes in today with her receipt to exchange a bad battery she bought within 5 days, and they basically told her pound salt. This place is the most expensive dispensary in town with multiple other located close. We were willing to pay more to a place that backs up their products. Well, they talk like they do, but when it was time today they did NOT. We don’t mean much to your bottom line and I get it. But our business will be at Northwest Cannabis Connection now. Just around the corner. I’ll never understand why some businesses choose to be penny wise and dollar foolish. Good on ya

Alex was really nice & well informed. I purchased a disposable pen that ended up not working in less than 24hr, took it back & they replaced it for me. (After grabbing the receipt & original packaging) Alex was super helpful & kind during both visits. Highly recommend.
