Air Force staff are awesome and work very hard!

I had a great experience here. I see a lot of comments from childish people assuming they would be pampered apon entry, surprise you are nothing, don't expect the world. I had everything I needed, followed the rules and went where I was told to be in a timely manner. If you don't have everything ready you will have a bad time. Is it the stations fault? NO! You didn't have what you needed to be ready. Please, please try harder than you think you should, and you will be in and out with little to no issues. If you are enlisting and assume this will be a fun place to meet people, hangout, get fresh air or whatever. Don't think of this place for that. Take it seriously and the staff will take you seriously. I saw an overwhelming amount of young future soldiers laughing and having a hay day. If you can't handle MEPS you cannot handle the Military.

The medical did a great job. This zero star for the XO who decided to combine the swear in. Very inconsiderate of other people time!!!

For any of you thinking of enlisting, this place will make you regret that decision. I was there today dealing with rude staff, and people must taking their time like they expect you to hurry up and wait. I got there at 5am, left at 530pm. One lady was really rude and I regret ever meeting her and pray shes forced into retirement. Another guy, walked into a room with me still in my boxers testing, and kicked me out made me wait for the next batch because I guess he was on his period. Keep in mind I was one of the first ones to get there. This place will make you regret joining and if you fail any test its adding insult to injury because it would have been for nothing. They need to fire a lot of people there and hire new people who actually are happy to see you knowing you're there for your country.

Yes
Ask your recruiter. Or make sure you're there before 3ish because the whole process of just the testing could take up to 4 or 5 hours
Are students allowed to leave the state to visit a love one can they leave by air flight and who has to pay for the flight
Best thing to do is to contact your recruiting office and they can let you know.
Yes, all ages are welcome
There are two agencies at MEPS, USMEPCOM and the Recruiting Service counselors. You will need to contact your recruiter to obtain your documents as it is the Recruiting Service counselors that have have documents, not USMEPCOM.
MEPs is not open to the general public unless you have someone that is swearing in for enlostment or shipping out to basic training. If you have general questions in regards to those 2 scenarios the best way is to reach out for information is to contact one of the military recruiters for the specific branch that you may have questions about.
