I have a vertical drivers license but I am 23 years old, it expires June 20, 2020. Will they let me in? I know of other places that don’t let people with horizontals in even though they are over the age of 21

They won't let you in. Try Commencement Bay until you get it updated.

They will not let you in. Try NCC. They might take verticals.
