I got my mom a box of chocolate mints that were high in CBDs and low in THC so she wouldn't get high. She told me they help with her pain and help her sleep at night. I'm not a doctor and this should not be construed as medical advise. I'm mearly repeatong what my mom said worked for her. That being said, if you do try it, start off small, maybe half a cookie or half a brownie and wait at least an hour before eating the other half. Too much wont kill you but it can give you an anxiety attack or leave you feeling nauseous. Hope this helps.
Do they sell RSO? Since they went recreational in was told they don't....nothing else is working.
Ethos makes 5-1 thc cbd. Works for pain and helps with sleep. I prefer the tinctures so I don't get high.
A heavy Indica with high cbd might help. I really don't know sorry
A cbd concentrate
While the staff is knowledgeable, liablility sometimes prevents them from being able to give medical advice. Indica strains with high THC content are better for pain. If spasm is also an issue, also look for a high CBD content.
High in cbd type of flower and concentrates
