Yes i agree with Ann, indica is a more relaxing strain. Great for anxiety, stress and sleep. Sativa is a more mellow focused situation. For me i'm much more functional and social with sativa's, but realize these will affect everyone a bit different. Indica is great for getting me ready for bed or to unwind on a stressful day and to finish off the night. Also dosage plays a big part, start slow and build up. One puff at a time. You can smoke your self to sleep using both. Give it a few minutes between tokes. Its about an hour for eatable versions to really feel the affect. Its about two hours, for me, before i hit the full extent of eatables.
Why would you order a bong if you dont even know what product goes in it?? Sounds iffy to me. Anyhow, Yes u put water in the bong. I suggest you use a pipe if the bong is to much, i prefer a bong myself. If im smoking by myself, bong, & a pipe if more than 1 persons smoking. I think you should get some indica, it will definitely calm you!! Sativa is more mellow & kinda gives u energy(some people) n makes ya get creative. It'll calm you also but not as much as indica will. (FYI: Indica & sativa are different kinds of cannabis)
