No not generally because rooms aren't ready for check-in until after 1pm on a general however make a reservation and I'm sure you could.....

If you call on the day your reservation is you can find out if there are any rooms ready for a earlier check-in. Beyond thatif aiming for a certain time, the shuttle availability varies based on your location, if you had a pick-up scheduled and if anything comes up to delay the drivers(i.e. an Elder, employee, traffic or large number of people in current trip).
Where are you being picked up from?
Depends where the shuttle is picking you up. Checking in shouldn't take more then a couple minutes.
