Great view. Good plave to go at sundown. Take your time, the road is full os pot holes and persons who drive way to fast.

Love the sunset and view of the ocean and bay from the bluff and driving out to the south jetty where you can sea seals playing in the mouth to the bay.

Need fishing license
Up until the early 90's it was legal to camp at the south jetty. The camping got out of control and the environmental harm to this ecosystem made it necessary to prohibit camping. It's sad our family has a lot of great memories at the beach in summer. Sun or fog we always had fun exploring the dunes or playing in the surf.
