No. The Park Rules and Regulations for the town of Los Gatos states "Not Allowed: radio controlled airplanes, helicopters, drones." A man on TripAdvisor said he was teaching his grandsons to fly a quad copter at the park and two park rangers approached him and said there's a city ordinance preventing the flying of anything remote-controlled. So while it seems like a good place to fly, you might end up having a problem. Special Use Permits are available for some activities. When in doubt, ask a ranger.

I dont know that they are disallowed. Kites and the like are as well frisbees. I think any county and on city ordinance that may prevail will also be in effect in the park.
