I have been calling the store and answering prompts; however, once the phone starts ringing, no one picks up. Are the phones being answered?

Yes but its busy so I understand

I didn't call before I went last week but it seemed busy to me for the few people allowed in the store at a time. If you needed assistance from an associate you need to sign in and wait till called. I was looking for laptops and there were a few ahead of me. When I was assisted my experience was pleasant and helpful. They did not have what I wanted but help me locate and purchase from a different location. At the second location I was able to take advantage of curbside pickup.
