No, but they have Wi-Fi access at the office and I was able to use that to text and make/recieve calls.
No. There's a place, a designated "overlook" not far (maybe 1.5 mi) from the campground with parking lot that is a hot spot. Along I-81 corridor, Abingdon, Chilhowee, Damascus, those places, have coverage & even on the country roads there is no cell coverage. GPS does not work good here either so you better have a map & know where you're going. Thankfully there are good road signs pointing to the various town & communities.
