10-15 min; and it should come complete. But not at this Applebees, slow & forgetful service, and dirty.
The service is HORRIBLE, Victoria our server was slow even after her section died down. The food was HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER APPLEBEES AGAIN. They are on the same boat as McDonald's

I'm not sure how many times the other person has been there but I've been there quite a few times it's a very nice Applebee's To Go to. As far as your wait time, like it any place it depends how busy they are, you can't expect to get your food right away if the place is packed but they will bring it all together in your group. A lot of times myself and my wife sit at the bar, great service there all the time.
Should not be longer than 20 min.......yes it should come complete...
A group of us Smith there once a month. The food is great and our waitress is always very nice
