Cooking with fire imparts the best flavor in food. You can find the best tasting fire-roasted chicken at Fabe's. I ordered the pollo saltado and it was love at first bite. One draw back were the soggy fries because they placed them under the juicy chicken. I will ask for fries on the side next time.

I had chicken tacos and green beans. Both were amazing - everything had a ton of flavor and the chicken was so tender. Employees were extremely pleasant as well. However, I asked for no tomatoes on my tacos. They came out with tomatoes so I tried to just scrape them off but there were a lot and they were buried under the queso/cilantro/onions, so I asked for them to be redone. When they came back out, it was clear all they did was try to scrape them off as well.. the chicken was cold, there was still tomato juice and seeds all over the chicken, and they even missed some tomatoes.

A large group of us met there. Everything sounded and looked good so it was difficult to decide what to order. Out of the 25 of us everyone enjoyed their order. I had the Tuesday Taco special. Please just go hungry or plan on eating leftovers for dinner. WOW! Friendly staff, large servings and quick and delicious food. I highly recommend them... especially if you are hungry

Went here for lunch on Saturday, first time eating here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was fast, accurate and professional. The food was very good,especially the chicken. We will be back to try other items on the menue. The restaurant was clean.
