Had a great dinner here with my family. The reason I'm giving a full 5 stars is because of the interaction I witnessed between the chef and a few customers. The chef went out of his way to come out to a table himself and address a complaint about a steak. The service was already great but the staffs personal ownership in this location really shines through and probably reflects the quality of managment.

Average Applebee's, with average menu offerings. The restaurant staff is friendly and provided our group with a little extra time as we had 2 grandchildren with us. Devyn (sp?) Was our server and though he was busy with many tables never made us feel we had to rush. The staff was a five star. I did not like having to scan a barcode on the table to get my menu. In fairness they did have one page specials available on the table. On to the food, I had the steak and shrimp and asked for the steak to be medium. It was closer to the well done side. I did not send it back as I didn't want to hold up the family. The grandchildren ordered from the kids menu (Mac and cheese, cheese sticks, and tomato basil soup) and those choices were fine.

Love Applebee's. Great food. Fantastic drinks. Waitress was great. I use a cane to walk and it's extremely painful and the guy at the front door led me all over the restaurant to the back door by the kitchen I told him enough I can't walk anymore. About a half an hour later another older lady with a cane was walking by me as the same guy took her all the way to the back and she told him the same thing I did. The sky was a big heavy set guy with blonde hair he should have known better no empathy for the elderly because he did it again after I had told him it was too hard for me didn't he see I had a cane.

Steak could be better standard restaurant sort of meat, salmon is good, shrimp is excellent, chicken is decent. Great location for a quite night out. Staff are highly attentive.
