I purchased in-store a universal laptop charger and would like to return it. It is in it's original packaging but I can't find the receipt that was sent to my email. Can I return it?

If an email was sent they will have a record of it, tell them your email address. Worst case they'll give gift card.

The store policy (not their public policy) is they will refund an unopened item without a receipt within the first 15 days.

If you used credit card then they can take it without receipt.

It shouldn't be a problem.

You may be able to go online and check

I think they will give you store credit, I know Walmart does it that way without a receipt

For store credit and sometime s they take ten percent
