They have wheelchairs available for rent. You just need to fill out a small form and leave your ID at the guest service booth.

My teen and a friend want to go to the mall. Are they allowed to roam freely so long as the adult is in the building?

I do not see a problem. As long as they are respectful of staff and othet folks shopping. I have not been there recently, however every mall in the area has teens walking about. If your in the bldg, just a better reason to go explore. My Son found great deals at stores in the mall I would not have gone in.

Looked them up, Etsy, eBay, Ali Express Amazon, sells them. Its a couples bracelet. Not sure if a local place would. Looks like pricing goes from $1.99-19.95 depending on merchant.
