Gabe, our service writer and his team are a wonderful group of people! Exceptionally friendly, and they really care about you and your vehicle. Even though this is a Subaru dealer, I bring every vehicle I own to Gabe because he gets it done right! The drop off and pick up procedure were smooth and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The whole crew at Northtown Subaru make me confident in the services they provide. The staff was helpful. I got a flat from a pothole and they were very accommodating trying to fit be in. I also had the tire and rum package with zurak.. it was included in my monthly payment. Totally worth it. I needed 2 tires and they were free as they were covered. They had to bring in the tires and and they ordered them on Saturday and they were in on Monday morning. I was thrilled! A year ago I also had a flat and they were helpful. And one other time I must have run over a large nail and I drove in to the shop and they took me right away.. I think there are good place to go. I least to previous cars and this one I purchased. I've got a Subaru legacy and I love it.

I had an appointment just to get a piece of molding put back onto my car. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation, to check my window because it wasn’t going up properly, and to check my brakes. They did everything that I asked in a very timely manner! The service was impeccable! I recommend this dealership to anyone!

The staff members that I dealt with at Northtown were polite, courteous and welcoming. I spoke with Nikki on the phone and she was quite pleasant and helpful to get me to other individuals who were part of the process. Scott, the lot attendant, picked me up from the airport as a courtesy and made the drive back to Nothtown enjoyable as we talked. In sales, Nelson and Kyle made the process easy. Nelson had everything ready by the time I arrived and Kyle spent the most time with me as we waited for paperwork. He helped pass the time with friendly conversation. Outside of a mutual oversight on paperwork, the process was seamless then I drove back home with our new vehicle.
