What is up with the car wash now days. Never any rags. Vacuum cleaner not working. But u do not hesitate to withdraw our payment monthly. I feel we need a discounted rate this is not the first time this has happened.

They told us the computer keeps crashing but that doesn't account for never having the towels out so I too agree!
