Do they allow us to pick apples fresh from the trees?

No its not a self picking Apple Orchard

They do not

I didn't see anyone picking the day I was there. But I did see the employees bring in quite a few loads of apples to replenish their stock. The apples go fast so there's a constant replenishment.
