We stayed here for a week. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They will deliver ice and firework to your campsite and pick up your trash. The bathrooms/showers were clean as well. They had disk golf, basketball hoop, playground, pool, and horseshoe pit. The have a basketball and freebies to borrow but not horseshoes. We like to play horseshoes... we were a little bummed about that. However, we really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend !

Beautiful facility!! We have stayed at a few campgrounds this year and this one is awesome!! From the time we showed up, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Mike was the gentleman who guided us to our site and perfectly helped my husband back the trailer into our site (he has clearly done this for a while). The campsites are all located on hills but are level and nicely shaded among tall trees. The showers are clean with private rooms including a shower, sink and toilet. Trash pickup is included, and while we were there they had daily activities for the kids. If you like to hike, there is a beautiful trailhead just a short walk (0.6ish mile from the back of the campground), which leads to a breathtaking view of some rapids/water approximately 3.5 miles in, from the Campground. It is worth the hike. Our neighbors were great and very helpful when we had our first flat tire on the camper. I would HIGHLY recommend this campground, and if we ever return to Gatlinburg, we will be staying here again!! Thank you for everything!!!

My Wife and I first visited KOA East Gatlinburg 2021 and had a great visit! There sites are very nice and clean as they take great pride in all aspects of the campground! Jeremy has taken us to our site and helped us park two years in a row, he is awesome and got us parked spot on !!! We definitely recommend KOA East Gatlinburg, Tennessee....We will be back !!!

This was not only the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at, it was also one of the nicest RV parks we've ever been to. A new addition to the KOA family this park is situated in the middle of the forest at the foot of the Smokey Mountains and when I say at the foot I mean 20 feet from the Smokey Mountain National Park boundary. It had spacious, level sites ranging from regular pull throughs to deluxe patio sites with concrete patios and furniture. There was a nice dog park, play ground and laundry facilities. I can't speak to the wifi or the bathrooms as we did not use either. There is an amazing road that runs behind the park which was perfect for walking the dog, we could easily take her for 4-6km walks every day! By far the best part about this park was the staff! I have never been to a park with more helpful and friendly staff members. This will forever be our go to home when ever we visit the Smokey Mountains.
