They are competitive with prices so yes. But you can get better deals in other stores such as Micro Center. For example: Ryzen 2700x is 370$ in Best Buy and it's 280 in Micro Center.
They do price match, but the seller must be an authorized seller. Like they don't do price match with ebay or private sellers.
While you are asking for that low online price please factor in the that you are helping employ local people that may spend money on something you provide, and real (hopefully) customer service.(easy returns are not customer service). Keeping it local really benefits us all.
