The person was very pleasant, helpful and not intimidating. He was patient and willing to finish the transaction even if it's almost time for him to get off work, unlike the other rep who seemed impatient to activate the phone and kept looking at his watch. Actually the person that sold me the phone knows more how to activate the phone and he can do it by himself and actually started it but I guess Best Buy has different layers of people to finish the transaction.

They had the TV I wanted. I looked at it online. Found it in store myself then had to find someone to cash me out. Carried it out myself. Store was fine, but seems the staff doesn't want to assist customers. Walked out the front door with a big TV box and not a word said, nobody checked a receipt. 1st time at this location, other Best Buy stores in the area are much better.

Patrick, Eric, and Tiham were all great! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell. They knew that I wasn’t going to purchase a TV today and they still answered all of my questions and explained all of the features to me in depth. Great employees to have on their team! Recommend asking for of these 3 gentlemen when shopping for TV’s or audio equipment. Thanks again guys!

I purchased a tv recently from this Best Buy location. It started as a quick curbside pickup. I had a problem and had to go inside for assistance (it was my mistake). They were knowledgeable and helpful. It was at the end of the day but they were patient and kind. The guys loading the item were friendly and Kyle and Tiy at the service desk were great. Thanks

Most products include a 15 day return period; unless you have purchased a warranty. You will most likely not be able to return a laptop that old unless it's a manufacturer defect, which is unlikely at 5 months.
