I eat gluten free but am not a celiac. Many of the vegetable dishes are fine, the pulled pork, roasted chicken, coleslaw are all fine but it is Southern country cooking so lots of breaded foods, biscuits, and even the fantastic carrot souffle is thickened with wheat flour. So if you are extremely sensitive, maybe not a good idea because the kitchen is not gluten free but if you pick carefully from the menu, yes, you can find options that are gluten free. Most of the menu is not gluten free.
They have a buffet that you could pick and choose from.. I wouldn't say that they have items that are specifically labeled as gluten-free, but many items are like chicken or ham, steak, vegetables, ect..
Doubtful
