Half of the tables are closed, the staff wears masks properly, hand sanitizer easily accessible, and staff quick to clean up after guests.
Tables spaced out as well as 50% of the tables closed. Employees go through a health screening prior to every shift. Additional cleaning measures taken. Masks and appropriate PPE. Buffet (offered as an option Fri-Sun) is guarded in the front by plexiglass and a staff member fills the plate from behind the counter then hands it off at the end.
The tables are spaced accordingly, masks are worn, etc. For the buffet, you tell the person behind the buffet bar what you would like, they plate it and then go back to your seat. It was very comfortable.
