Good question! I called the store and no one answered, so I doubt they are. Safeway is open, though. And Fred Meyer on the other side of I-5 is as well.

They are closed only two days out of the year...July 4th and Christmas day. That's so that their employees can spend the day with their families.
They are open but not 100 percent operational.
