Yes they will probably have u pay the interest on the 400 dollar loan then allow you to take the full 700. Sometimes even tho you're approved for a certain amount if you've never gotten a loan from them before they usually will have you take a lower amount and have you pay that off first to build trust for when you wanna take a higher amount.
