On line orders are the only way to hold an item ...there are to many employees..you may ask one to hold something and another employee will not know ..and grab your item ..endless you do an on line order..

They are pretty kool people and they might put something aside for you..They have a large supply
I would not recommend asking them, because the first time I asked them they were very busy and said it would take a while to get to the product and it depended if it was on sale or not. The second time I called and asked if they can put something aside, the employee said no.
