I like going to local roots here in Tacoma. The bud tenders are sincerely nice, and know the products well. They often get me great deals. There are times I look forward to seeing them as well as picking up some pot. If your having one of those days try local roots they will make you glad you came.

I would like to start off saying, I’m the most understanding when it comes to having annoying customers who waste your time during a busy rush. I was in the industry for 6 years. It never fails that Isaiah is in a bad mood. He’s rude, short and doesn’t give you the time of day. I’ve been in several times and he never mentioned the point system. I was recently in, told him I had a phone number and never took it. I lost out on more points. I also didn’t get my receipt. Everyone else I’ve encountered has been pleasant and friendly. I hate writing this review because again… I’ve been there. Hopefully I get better luck next time with someone else.
