It was a disappointing experience. I wanted to see a particular movie and was pleased that it was playing at Cinemark Reserve according to Google. I went there and to my surprise the movie was not, in fact playing there. I totally understand that it was "the internet" most likely to blame. What i was disappointed with was how little anyone who worked there cared when i brought it to their attention. I pulled it up on my phone to show them (and to double check myself, frankly) and got a huge dose of indifference. Would have been a great opportuniry to provide friendly welcoming service and they missed it. I will try them again somwtime and see if they can do better.
TL; DR- Have dinner before the movie. Seriously. My family and I have watched here on several occasions because we like reclining seats. With that said, don't expect much more. We've ordered a lot of food off their menu (think Red Robin quality food) and their waiters were courteous but they will walk pass your view to serve (annoying but necessary I guess.) And I don't think I'll be going back for awhile because last time, I was late but I had to wait for my sister to give her her ticket so I figured I'd order food/ drinks at the bar. However the bartender was rude, and told me I'd be making it hard for him so I should just order inside despite already being late. Sorry I asked you to do your job buddy! When my sister talked to the manager after the movie, he couldn't give less of care. Two thumbs down. 1/5 stars. Rated R (as in RUDE)
No vslue for money. Exoensive.
Tuesdays is half price
No more and no less expensive than other theatres. Same for the service, they likely employ minimum wage so don't expect quality service. The place is better maintained than other cineplexes. Underground parking can be a problem on Fridays.
The price is no different than going to any other movie theater
