Pedal Power is located in Acton and even has a trail side entrance. I’m not positive about the rental policy though. They have always been huge advocates in the Friends of BFRT group. They seem nice enough that you could probably work something out.

Is there a time limit for the designated parking areas for this trail? I would like to park at Chelmsford Center for the Arts and ride to UMass Lowell (ideally every other day) but don't want to come back at end of day to find my car ticketed/towed.

Are runners and cyclists supposed to push the button(s) to turn on the yellow flashing caution lights along Rt 27 before crossing the road? So many don't do this and cycle right onto the road and expect drivers to stop, sometimes very quickly.
