Often understaffed and for whatever reason checkout is very slow, so if there is a line it can take awhile. Shoppers should be aware that Michael's always has a coupon, and they always have sales, and they set their base prices accordingly. The overwhelming majority of items are more than 20% higher than any other store. So even with a coupon it isn't uncommon to pay more than you would elsewhere. Shop around, and know what things should cost before going in.

Neat well stocked with all things imaginable for crafting or making non electronic projects. Staff was courteous and helpful. We were looking for a specific thing we were guided straight to it

I only go to Michael's if there is something I am purchasing that is specific to the store, or can't find it somewhere else. Reason being , they are extremely overpriced for items you could find at Walmart, Target, Amazon at a much more reasonable price! They do offer coupons online which is convenient and could potentially (depending upon the coupon) knock off a considerable amount of money from the original price. I recently visited this store looking for said "specific" items that I had found online and were supposed to be "in stock" . They were in fact NOT in stock, and furthermore the store was quite UNDER- stocked on everything! I was very surprised to see that , given that anytime I've been here there's always a decent selection/suppy of everything. *UPDATE* After original post above, I've since visited this store multiple times only to find the same issues. Poor selection, understocked items, and highly overpriced. Unless you need a specific item , use a coupon/ rewards, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. I do have to say, that the staff I have encountered here are very friendly and helpful though!

Got oil change and tire rotation done. The staff were super-friendly and very organised. I was in and out pretty fast! This is the first time I did a drive through oil change and it is so convenient! Would definitely recommend this place
