Some stores are so busy to the point that they are not able to answer every customer's questions, so sometimes answering the phone is not a priority, they dont have a lube but do sell batteries

If there is no associate in the fittingroom and the service desk has a line of customers its hard for them to get back to the phones. But when they do its always great service.
