Are you referring to Costco? Costco will allow someone to cash its (Costco) refund. Are you talking about your IRS refund? Banks and check cashing services can handle that. I don't believe that this Walmart cashes checks. Walmart will allow its own checks to be cashed. The Walmart on Story Road in San Jose does have a Money Center. That just might help. The Almaden branch does not list that it has a Money Center. Good luck!
