Car Washes. I have car- wash service at this Chevron gas station. When I check out the Tesla Car, I am looking for the card key that I always left onto the cup holder for service provider, in case they need it. One whom took my receipt and tip knew what I’m looking for, so he asked you are looking for the card key? I said : “ yes”, and I told him whoever use it , should put it back on the same spot. He tried to help on seeking it for a half minute and then he got out the car and took the card key from his pocket to give me, and walked away. I want to report this matter to inside the counter but I got to run to my company for the meeting. I wondered why he hold the card key in his pocket? He has an another plan? Or he expected the customers to forget the card key and go back for begging it? I usually not using that card, I have another card key, my smart phone, and Smart Ring Fob key. Also, watching out your stuff… lost my Sunglasses and Each times my Tesla Monitor got messed… with keyboard:(

They do a horrible job. I have the Silver membership and they don’t even clean the car. I can literally stick my finger and wipe the outside of the rim and it’s full of dirt. I have asked them several times to clean it and the last time the manager told me that the standard cleaning of the rims is an extra service. Other times they have left the windows dirty or they don’t even wipe down the car completely. I regret switching over to them, and I will be returning to Classic Car wash who do a much better job for a cheaper membership. Also note the manager on duty is always rude and says “the car is clean”.

Dropped my car for a 1 hour detailing. Came back to find a broken wiper blade. Now I’ve to spend another 75 dollars fixing this. The car seats were still dirty after the interior detailing, and seatbelts had new dust that was not there before.

I’ve use them for some 28 years, but intimidating to know they’re in my neighborhood…I always leave unhappy as finishing the job when I get home. Could put a bit more efforts and less carelessness. I still give a reasonable tip regardless.
