This car wash is very good! It is also the least expensive car wash on the Eastside of San Jose! Believe me when I say you go anywhere else you will be paying a lot more money. I know everyone appreciates spending less these days, well this is thee place for the best car wash.

I've been going to San Jose Touchless Carwash for a while now. I've had a great experience there with my car until yesterday. I decided to go for the Deluxe/White Wall Treatment ($55.00) and it was the worst car wash I have ever purchased. They forgot to dry the car so there were a lot of water spots on my car, they gave me my keys and told me it was ready, I gave them a tip and then when I got closer I noticed that not only were there water spots all over the car but the ArmorAll was not applied correctly. The ArmorAll was just smeared all over the car and you could tell that they didn't take the time to properly apply it. I had to ask them for a clean cloth to try and remove the water spots and the ArmorAll. I spent 10 minutes trying to clean it and tried to get someone to help me but everyone just ignored me. I then went to the cashier to ask to have a refund but all they told me was that I had to go talk to the manager. I told them I didn't know who that was. The cashier then stood outside for another 5 minutes waiting to get ahold of "the manager" finally someone came and tried to clean off the water spots, they did not do a good job. I had to take another 20 minutes of my time to wipe off the ArmorAll off of my steering wheel and the rest of the car. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received yesterday. I'll have to look for another place to take my car now.

Horrible service paid for the deluxe service and another 8 dollars extra for the mats and they left my truck dirty they barely clean the dashboard they hardly clean the interior side mirrors and rear view mirror were dirty it was halfway vacuumed in general the truck wasn't fully cleaned I wouldn't recommend this place. The workers are rude they don't accept complains and asks you to do it yourself or to go somewhere else.

The service is fast and you get what you pay for. They need to pay more attention to detail. I has water spots on the mirrors. They sprained in the car and did not dry the area. Dust still left on the dash. Been coming for years now and this is the first time I'm unsatisfied.
