If your30 days past it you'll have to test,also you'll pay late fee for being 7 days late..
If you don't get your sticker your plates will be expired. You can be pulled over and your car can also be towed. If it bc you can't pass eCheck I believe you can go to AutoZone and they can tell you why it is on. Or you can get an echeck and they will tell you what is wrong.

Joel Affleck E Check is free as long as the vehicle does not have failed 3 times within 1 year then it's a 18 dollar fee after that the state only allows 3 free test per year if the vehicle fails. If the vehicle doesn't fail as long as it's registered in the 7 Emission county then it's free if it's currently in Ohio and testing for out of state emission as long as it's emission it's 18 dollars go to the Ohio E Check website for specific details you and everyone else are more than welcome to check the website for any confusion
