Yes, anything that causes a M.I.L. (check engine/service engine soon) to come on will cause your vehicle to fail.
Yes thats right
8-1 T money unless you want to stay longer lol
Its nice to be the first one there... Good luck
My heater coil is bad and leaking antifreeze on my 95 grand marquis and one of the 4 catalic converters on it is leaking funes that are clearly seeping thru the hood by the right side of my windshield were the whipers lay by the vents right by botyom of windshield...last time i did the e-check they asked me about it and i told them it was the heater coil for my hot air...they told me that they couldn't check it with faults but i reasured them it was the heater coil and that i would get it fixed as soon as i could...it was the day before my birthdate and he had me sign a liability waver stating if during the test if anything happened to the car that they were not liable for anything...i signed it and the car passed and i got tags for teo years...i was happy. Car still need fixing...but its still works...will finish fixing it soon to prep it for next years final check before it is labeled a clasic and i can work on the body...i hope this helps seing as my issue is simmilar to yours.
As in diagnostics for your entire car? No just for emissions and yes it is free as there is no longer a fee like there used to be. They won't tell you exactly what is wrong with your car if it just has a check engine light, your failed test(which is free) will tell you where you failed then your mechanic will be able to easily tell from the test paper why it failed and what needs done. I hope this helps
No,you must fix the problem, go back get it re tested, after your car passes, then you can get the sticker.if you have receipts for more than $300,on repairs done to your car related to the issue, they will give a 1 year waiver
If your30 days past it you'll have to test, also you'll pay late fee for being 7 days late..
It's free . Doesn't cost anything. It use to . but they stopped charging years ago.
Check engine light.
A car has to be at least 4years old to get an echeck!!
You can sign a waiver and they can do a tailpipe test on it. I did it on my girls car and it passed. I would recommend taking it to AutoZone or some place like that first and have them check the codes.
I don't understand what you are trying to ask. Please try writing out your question without skipping words.
Yes....if your car was older you wouldn't have to.
None here. I don't believe there are any self serve stations in the area. Some oil change places offer the service for free through the state of Ohio and they are fairly quick as far as in & out is concerned.
