The owners took out all of the beautiful trees in the front yard area. ( on Puritas) It is a nice area with some nice people & quiet too. 🙂

Unfortunately, our property is strictly Project Based Section 8 and are not allowed to accept vouchers (this is the case with all of K&D's HUD properties). Give us a call if we can be of any further assistance!

What would be considered a qualifying disability? My son is a higher-functioning, intellectually challenged individual who is able to live independently but cannot drive and is on SSI. Would he qualify?
