Yes they do and to me it's the best PHO in the city. The owners make you feel at home.
Good question...I know that their broth is the best tasting in the state, but do not know if it's vegetable based. They do however state that they have many vegetarian options. I think you should call, there's a chance that you speak to the owner, and she will deliver the food directly to your table! Awesome person and great service.
I think is chicken broth. I don't remember seeing veggie broth. Z'Asian Bistro on E Broad and has a nice PHO also.
